We decided on MHS because they have the lowest online price consistently. Large selection - set up to sell. No salesman breathing down our neck. I preferred Thor over Winnebago. The quality is the highest - very impressed with operation - well thought out. The sales process was self guided, got a salesman when I requested & desired. The overall purchasing experience was A++. We appreciated the way RVs are displayed. All in shade, heaters in winter, no pressure, golf carts, bottled water. All duly noted & appreciated. Sesty was pleasant to work with at closing. Good Job.

As you were one of the closest Motor Home Dealerships to our home we started shopping with you first. Jim Campana was very through in explaining everything we needed to know as we were a first time buyers. For the next month we shopped all over the Internet and visited almost all of the Motor Home Dealers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I asked Mr. Brake to give me his best offer because I don't like to haggle. After his offer I tried to haggle with him anyway. He stuck by his guns and I respect a salesperson that treats all customers with respect and without altering the sales presentation! Mr. O'Banion, I just want to say thanks for employing a great Professional Staff at your RV sales and service facility. I recently purchased a 2011 Forest River Berkshire. The knowledgeable Sales Associate was Jimmy Campana. Jimmy was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had about different motorhome models. I originally thought I would purchase a gas powered motorhome, after discussions with Jimmy I chose the diesel pusher. The most impressive thing about Jimmy was his no pressure sale. I have visited several other motorhome sales companies and they pressure the purchaser to buy the coach of their choice and to make a quick decision on the purchase. The walk through with Bill Heath was also pleasant. Bill was knowledgeable about the coach I purchased and did not rush through the walk through. At the end he commented they if I had any additional question please call and at that time he gave me his business card. I must admit when we first came to your business I was some what over whelmed by it's size and expected and arrogant sales staff. I was wrong! Thanks again for building a great team and fostering a pleasant sales environment.
My wife & I had a poor experience with our last coach. We had no idea how poor until we came to M.H.S. It has been really refreshing to shop at a place where the sales staff, service dept, and everyone we spoke to are actual people, as opposed to being slimy used car selling "jack-----." Thank you.
