"ABOVE & BEYOND the CALL OF SERVICE" You have to be impressed with every part of Motor Home Specialist from the selection of RV's, knowledgeable staff and service department to the spotless grounds. The service we received while shopping for a motor home, was first class! Mr. Billy Fussel was our sales associate; he answered all our questions and explained every detail. Everyone was polite and helpful. There is no pressure which made the purchase easy and quick, and was done very professionally. Katie in the financing dept stayed on top of everything. We picked up our motor home 3 weeks later, but service did not stop there! Mr. Billy was just getting started! Our coach was all plugged in and ready for us. Brandon explained every switch, button and lever inside and out. Then we were able to stay in our new coach for a few days to tryout and learn about everything ourselves. Mr. Billy would check in with us to answer any questions we had, plus would make sure everything we wanted was done. All of the service techs TJ, Jeff, JP, Bill, Tim and Steve the service Mgr. go above & beyond service too! As a retired Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps, I appreciate professionalism and MHS excels in every aspect. From the first time we met Buck (our salesman) and told him what we were looking for, he treated us with respect and showed a vast knowledge of the different RVs that may meet our needs. He applied no pressure at all and let us come to our decision at our own pace. We went to the Fort Worth RV Show the next weekend, and we saw nothing from any dealer there that could match the coach or the price from MHS. After choosing the Thor A.C.E. 30.1, Buck worked with us to get us the best offer for our trade-in. We chose the closing day and when we arrived all was in readiness for us. From the paperwork that Katy had prepared to the coach itself all was ready for us. A smooth walk-through was conducted by Brandon who showed a lot of patience and knowledge throughout the process. Any questions were answered promptly and we were encouraged to stay the night on their lot to ensure that everything was working to our satisfaction. In summary, I highly recommend MHS as the place to start your RV purchase. I am certain that after experiencing their hospitality and professionalism you will complete your purchase with them too. MHS's honesty and integrity were exemplified when after the deal had been completed, MHS discovered an error in the valuation of our trade-in. The sales manager personally came to the site we were in and delivered to us a check for $3,000. What a breath of fresh air!
We want to thank everyone at MHSRV for making our RV shopping experience a pleasurable one. Michael Reardon, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable on the brand we were looking at. There was no pressure to buy, just good information to help us make a good buying decision. During our close and walk-through we were treated like VIPs. We only purchased a 25' class C, but were treated the same as the folks next to us that bought a larger coach. The overnight stay was great. It gave us a chance to run all the systems and make sure everything worked. We will highly recommend MHSRV to anyone we meet who is looking at purchasing a new or used RV and if we decide to go bigger we will come back to MHSRV. The Thor 24C is performing well. We were very impressed that Thor called us 3 days after our purchase to make sure we were happy and to give us the customer support number to call with any technical questions. That is great customer relations. Carey and I have made a few minor modification to make the class C our own and we just took our first 2 day trip, see photo.
