We decided on MHS because they have the lowest online price consistently. Large selection - set up to sell. No salesman breathing down our neck. I preferred Thor over Winnebago. The quality is the highest - very impressed with operation - well thought out. The sales process was self guided, got a salesman when I requested & desired. The overall purchasing experience was A++. We appreciated the way RVs are displayed. All in shade, heaters in winter, no pressure, golf carts, bottled water. All duly noted & appreciated. Sesty was pleasant to work with at closing. Good Job.
Erin: Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for the great service and making my trip a success. This journey started months ago on your "best in the business" website. I had some early discussions with salesperson Jimmy and some documents were forwarded for my review. After settling on a rig, the deal was put together by telephone and fax. Thanks to Sesty at the reception desk for following up on my messages. After flying out, all day on four different airplanes, and a night at a motel near the airport, I was picked up by Patrick, part of the management team and driven to your facility. We shared some war stories though our wars were forty years apart. Good to find people a half country away that share many common values. On arriving at your facility I was introduced to Jimmy who I had been talking to. Then to the delivery stall where T.J. and another fellow gave me a thorough walk- through and introduction to the Covina, then to your office where the paperwork was completed. Another fellow I met in the kitchen was kind enough to brew me a pot of coffee to get me on the road. The best part of the whole experience was there were no surprises. Everything went as planned. Realizing that my purchase was not a big deal looking at the scope of your business, I couldn't have been treated better if buying a Prevost. My only regret is that I will not be able to utilize your shop/service facility due to the distance. I will however, share my story and refer anyone interested. You seem to have found the business model for success; Honesty, courtesy and follow through. More success in the future and thanks again. I t was my pleasure doing business with you.

Our salesman was very good, knowledgeable, not pushy. Gave us time we needed and followed up afterward. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Service oriented from start to finish. Everyone here appreciates their job and speaks well of the ownership. You don't often find that degree of appreciation.

We want to thank everyone at MHSRV for making our RV shopping experience a pleasurable one. Michael Reardon, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable on the brand we were looking at. There was no pressure to buy, just good information to help us make a good buying decision. During our close and walk-through we were treated like VIPs. We only purchased a 25' class C, but were treated the same as the folks next to us that bought a larger coach. The overnight stay was great. It gave us a chance to run all the systems and make sure everything worked. We will highly recommend MHSRV to anyone we meet who is looking at purchasing a new or used RV and if we decide to go bigger we will come back to MHSRV. The Thor 24C is performing well. We were very impressed that Thor called us 3 days after our purchase to make sure we were happy and to give us the customer support number to call with any technical questions. That is great customer relations. Carey and I have made a few minor modification to make the class C our own and we just took our first 2 day trip, see photo.
