Just wanted to drop a note as to how pleased and happy we were with the entire process of shopping, buying and delivery of our new Monaco Monarch. Jimmy took a lot of time on the phone to make me feel comfortable to drive to Alvarado from Sugar Land to look at the Motor Homes you had and then took 2 ½ hours to help us find the motor home that matched our needs. Then the delivery from picking us up at the airport to the walk thru to spending the night and being provided with a car to go to town to outfit the new purchase was one of the best buying experiences we have had buying any large value item from numerous homes, vehicles and boats.
