We were going to wait, but your price and quality changed our minds. We flew in & your staff picked us up. excellent service. The prices at MHS are excellent. I looked all over & yours was the best. The closing experience was excellent. We really liked our salesman and his honesty! I liked how he worked with me on the phone. He did an actual walk through on the phone describing the coach to me. Then he worked with us to make our initial stay more comfortable and even gave us his cell in case we needed him during the night. We definitely recommend Motor Home Specialist.

I had some early discussions with salesperson Jimmy and some documents were forwarded for my review. After settling on a rig, the deal was put together by telephone and fax. Thanks to Sesty at the reception desk for following up on my messages. After flying out, all day on four different airplanes, and a night at a motel near the airport, I was picked up by Patrick, part of the management team and driven to your facility. We shared some war stories though our wars were forty years apart. Good to find people a half country away that share many common values. On arriving at your facility I was introduced to Jimmy who I had been talking to. Then to the delivery stall where T.J. and another fellow gave me a thorough walk- through and introduction to the Covina, then to your office where the paperwork was completed. Another fellow I met in the kitchen was kind enough to brew me a pot of coffee to get me on the road. The best part of the whole experience was there were no surprises. Everything went as planned. Realizing that my purchase was not a big deal looking at the scope of your business, I couldn't have been treated better if buying a Prevost. My only regret is that I will not be able to utilize your shop/service facility due to the distance. I will however, share my story and refer anyone interested. Mr. O'Banion, I just want to say thanks for employing a great Professional Staff at your RV sales and service facility. I recently purchased a 2011 Forest River Berkshire. The knowledgeable Sales Associate was Jimmy Campana. Jimmy was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had about different motorhome models. I originally thought I would purchase a gas powered motorhome, after discussions with Jimmy I chose the diesel pusher. The most impressive thing about Jimmy was his no pressure sale. I have visited several other motorhome sales companies and they pressure the purchaser to buy the coach of their choice and to make a quick decision on the purchase. The walk through with Bill Heath was also pleasant. Bill was knowledgeable about the coach I purchased and did not rush through the walk through. At the end he commented they if I had any additional question please call and at that time he gave me his business card. I must admit when we first came to your business I was some what over whelmed by it's size and expected and arrogant sales staff. I was wrong! Thanks again for building a great team and fostering a pleasant sales environment.
