The prices are the best I've seen and the quality at MHSRV is top notch. I liked the class A with class C features like the bunk over cockpit. I would absolutely recommend MHS to my friends and family.

We decided on MHS because they have the lowest online price consistently. Large selection - set up to sell. No salesman breathing down our neck. I preferred Thor over Winnebago. The quality is the highest - very impressed with operation - well thought out. The sales process was self guided, got a salesman when I requested & desired. The overall purchasing experience was A++. We appreciated the way RVs are displayed. All in shade, heaters in winter, no pressure, golf carts, bottled water. All duly noted & appreciated. Sesty was pleasant to work with at closing. Good Job.

Dear Robert and Donny Jim and I wanted to take a moment to share with you our wonderful experience of dealing with MHSRV and especially with Robert Easley. Back in October I called MHSRV to inquire about RV's; I was transferred to Robert and thrilled to have gotten him on the other end of the phone. I explained that we had no knowledge of RV's and were in the market to purchase one. I had a list of questions and he could not have been more patient with me. I hung up from him telling him that Jim and I would arrive a few weeks later. (I'm sure he didn't take me seriously.) The day we met, I pre-warned him to be patient with me and that he was. We began our quest looking at Class C's; by time we left we knew we wanted a Class A. Robert could not have been more patient with our questions, the going back and forth of RV's and his honesty. We had a 3 hour drive back to Austin and stopped in another dealer and left within minutes, it was apparent the salesman did not possess the knowledge of the RV'S as Robert had or the patience. Back in RI we also found an RV we loved and then the phone calls back and forth began, again, Robert was fantastic, so needing to make a decision I flew back to Texas were we started all over again, and by time we left, we purchased a Thor, Daybreak. Because I could not fly back again and Jim was in Austin my endless phone calls on how to transfer monies etc., fell upon Setsey who was just as patient and helpful. The day we picked up our RV and we had one last favor that MHSRV helped us with, the storing of our car for a week so we could drive the RV back to RI, pack it, and drive back before arriving in Liberty Hill where we will be living in or Daybreak for several months. (Actually Robert did suggest it when he found out we were going to put the car in a lot at the airport for safety.) From that initial phone call, to today, we could not be any happier. As a retired Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps, I appreciate professionalism and MHS excels in every aspect. From the first time we met Buck (our salesman) and told him what we were looking for, he treated us with respect and showed a vast knowledge of the different RVs that may meet our needs. He applied no pressure at all and let us come to our decision at our own pace. We went to the Fort Worth RV Show the next weekend, and we saw nothing from any dealer there that could match the coach or the price from MHS. After choosing the Thor A.C.E. 30.1, Buck worked with us to get us the best offer for our trade-in. We chose the closing day and when we arrived all was in readiness for us. From the paperwork that Katy had prepared to the coach itself all was ready for us. A smooth walk-through was conducted by Brandon who showed a lot of patience and knowledge throughout the process. Any questions were answered promptly and we were encouraged to stay the night on their lot to ensure that everything was working to our satisfaction. In summary, I highly recommend MHS as the place to start your RV purchase. I am certain that after experiencing their hospitality and professionalism you will complete your purchase with them too. MHS's honesty and integrity were exemplified when after the deal had been completed, MHS discovered an error in the valuation of our trade-in. The sales manager personally came to the site we were in and delivered to us a check for $3,000. What a breath of fresh air!
