Chose Motor Home Specialist becuase of their inventory, which is better than local competitors, and because of the proximity to home. Prices here are very competitive. Ended up purchasing a Chateau w/ Mitch who was very helpful and polite. I really like the layout and interior colors of the RV. Bryson did a great walk thru of the coach. So good in fact that I would hire him. No complaints in service at MHS, 5 stars in this department. This experience was easier than buying a car.

It was the responsiveness of the salesman, their price/ options/ selection, and other staff @ MHSRV that were all reasons for us to purchase here. Even the MHS website is helpful with the multiple photos and long description of options. The prices at MHSRV met our "value" point and their selection was good (for us, it was Thor versus Forest River). We ended up with the Thor Chateau as our 1st class C, ford V-10 w/ towing option. Purchased a Thor Chateau from Motor Home Specialist on account of their very good prices and available options. The Thor Chateau has several option I like - the extra battery, leatherette, heated tanks, and upgraded A/C. Ted made things easy during the sales process and Chris was very good at the walk through. Purchased a Thor Chateau and especially like the flooring and slide outs. Steven did the walk through for us and he was very knowledgeable. The view of MHS from I35W is incredible. 5 star rating, but should be a 10! Decided to do business here because of their costs and how the employees treated us! They have the BEST pricing and an EXCELLENT selection of RVs. The Thor Chateau was our choice in motor home and we really like all the special features, the jackets, electronics and the safety features on the new coach.
