We purchased a Forest River Georgetown and especially like the large layout, and the large 2 way fridge. Ted Eaton was great and offered not pressure. It was fun working with Ted. Juan was was good as well. Exceptional service at Motor Home Specialist. This was the best RV experience over our 30 years of buying.

I chose to purchase with MHSRV because of their excellent selection, amazing prices, and exceptional customer service. I ended up getting a Fleetwood Flair and really love the 2 slides, overall size of the RV, the color scheme, and its ease of use. Motor Home Specialist offers the best selection and best prices. Prices are very competitive. The livability, storage, washer/dryer installed are some of my favorite features in the Holiday Rambler Vacationer. I purchased from John who did an excellent job. MHS has the best prices overall in the United States. They have an outstanding selection of RVs and provide excellent service. The 1 1/2 bath and the extra overhead bunk have to be some of my most favorable features in the Georgetown XL. Ted Eaton was easy to work with, which made the sales process run very smoothly. Omar delivered a great walk through of the Georgetown. I found the website to be very helpful - the best feature of the website were the many pictures.

I purchased a 2018 Fleetwood Bounder from Motor Home Specialist primarily because of their excellent prices and their post purchased set-up/ service. MHS offers a great selection of coaches and great overall service. I really like the bunk beads, king bed, color scheme, and 1/2 bath in my new coach. Brando in seals did a great job throughout and Collin performed a great walk through before departing. I really found the MHS website to be beneficial. 5 star rating across the board.

The model I was looking for was at a great price here at Motor Home Specialist. Jimmy and Billy were awesome! Prices here are extremely reasonable and the quality of their selection is better than most. What I love most about this business is the low pressure sales and the pick up at the airport. We previously purchased from here and had a great experience. MHS offers fair prices and excellent coaches. This time we purchased a Thor Miramar and we are big fans of the floor plan, rapid camp remote, and Direct V antenna. Mitch Bennett in sales was excellent. Don in finance was great to work with as well. I can’t recall the rep who performed the walk through (i believe is was Collin). He did an excellent job walking us through all the options and features in our new coach. I also love the MHS website, which has great pics and descriptions. I will absolutely recommend MHS to family and friends.

The Thor Palazzo has lots of storage, which is probably one of my most favorable features of the RV. I purchased this from Brandon Murphy was made things easy! Motor Home Specialist has by far the best website in the business. It is very user friendly with great detail and pictures. I don't know why anyone would consider another dealer having visited MHSRV and then purchased an RV. With that said, other reasons for choosing MHSRV was the courteous knowledgeable sales force (David Garza), their selection, and prices. Prices here are great with no hassle and their selection is top of the line. The finance portion of our interaction was great - they explained all of the forms and terms in detail. I can’t thank you guys enough for my experience in purchasing a new RV. Everyone (Coach, Billy, Curtis, Mat and Robert) was extremely nice and very diligent in helping me through the process. Doing this all on line was scary in the beginning but when I arrived at your dealership I realized I was dealing with professionals and not just a dealer. You can own a dealership or you can provide a the means to be a great dealership. MHSRV definitely provides the means and professionalism that goes with a great dealership. From your on-site ( and free I might add) Restaurant for customers to the Service area and the delivery process you guys made it all feel right and never once did I feel like I was making a mistake or have second thoughts.  What an experience and process! It was simply an awesome way for me to feel good about buying new when I normally would not. When my wife and I started our RV search a few years ago it was crazy. We spend over a year looking at different coaches and went to dozens of dealerships in several states. None of the other dealers we visited holds a candle to what MHSRV has in a dealership! Keep in mind I said we looked for over a year! We ended up purchasing from an individual because no dealer made me feel good about our purchase! But that was all erased when I drove on to the MHSRV lot. The minute I arrived in my old RV I was absolutely blown away!! Just the sheer size of the place is awesome! But seeing all those RV’s hooked up like a campground that was just the best! Each one I walked in was like walking into my own. The lights were on and the AC was blowing cold and it was just remarkable!  I was even given a golf cart to ride around on without a salesman to tag along! What?! That’s crazy!! Who does that?! MHSRV does, that’s who! Guys, this was simply the best way to end the search for a new RV. Now there is one negative to this purchase. Sorry to end this on a bad note but when I got home my wife loved it and said to me; you better get me a Washer and Dryer in here. When I asked why she said “we’re going to be doing a lot of traveling.” J So now I got to find her a Washer and Dryer. But on the good side of that, during my deliver process Mat told me the hook ups were there so that’s good! I can’t say enough about how great this experience was and how great you guys were! Your crew that helps with repairs is phenomenal! They are very courteous, polite and professional. Everything we asked to be fixed was NEVER a problem. Martin, Carlos and Gabriel were exceptional. We initially chose Motor Home Specialist because of the prices, availability and selection. Prices were the best nationwide. We purchased a Thor Windsport and really love the floor plan, wind sensor in the awning, dual a/c, rapid camp, and exhaust fan. Prices here seem to be extremely fair and they have a great selection for what the budget is. The Forest River Berkshire is the RV we ended up purchasing and we really like the diesel engine and comfort options. Kris and JD were our salesmen, but really it was Billy Fussell.
