We were very impressed with the RVs at Motor Home Specialist. They have a great selection, patient salesman, organized facility, and pay attention to detail. Their pricing is by far the best in the country. We ended up getting the Thor Challenger from Brian who put us at ease. What we liked most about the Challenger was that it was more compartmental than the others we had seen. Also, Bryce was very good at the final walk through. To our surprise, financing was a very comfortable experience. The service received from MHS was impressive. Motor Home Specialist is a very clean, comfortable environment. We love how well maintained the grounds and offices were. Also, we appreciate the professionalism seen everywhere - from the parking of the RVs to the organized office. 5 stars, all around.
You guys have a wonderful website with great descriptions and info on the motor homes which helped in making the decision to buy from Motor Home Specialist even easier. Justin was our sales man and made the experience pretty painless and was very good. Bryson did the final walk through and was excellent and very knowledgeable. Absolutely be a referral of Motor Home Specialist. You guys offer very good pricing, great return calls, and overall good deals. Ended up getting the Thor Challenger for so many reasons, but mostly liked the craftsmanship of the RV, the floor plan, the paint scheme, and overall "fit and finish" of the RV.

I found that Motor Home Specialist and everyone who worked there was thorough, friendly, and extremely helpful in every phase of the purchasing experience. I would give MHS a 5 star rating. I found that the website and videos of the American Tradition and the detailed pictures of each thing were very beneficial when deciding to purchase. I like everything about the American Tradition, especially the bigger engine and tag axle. Easy, my salesman at MHSRV was very good and matter of fact and to the point.
