The sales process with Rodney was low pressure and informative. Even the finance and closing experience was quick and friendly. Charlie has been very accommodating. We came home late last night because we stopped to see my grandma in McKinney who was found out to have stage 4 cancer. We were given an opener and for some reason, we couldn’t open the gate. We were terrified so I decided to call Charlie at 1 AM to ask for help. He answered the phone which I didn’t expect at all and told me he will call somebody. That comfortable feeling that made me feel cared for is so good. Then we tried again and we were able to open it.
