Low pressure sales, the best prices, and great customer service at Motor Home Specialist. We purchased a Thor Challenger and really like the large fridge and large fresh water tank. It has great entertainment equipment as well, which is also another one of our favorite features of the new coach. The sales process went smoothly, without irritation and pressure. Jimmy was our salesman. Lee was great in showing us the motorhome. Everyone we've met and dealt with have been extremely helpful down to the night watchmen who even took us to breakfast. We received the best service from Motor Home Specialist. We will be referrals.
A very pleasant experience with everyone we worked with - Charlie, Sherry & Arturo. The bath 1/2, king bed, residential fridge, and bunks in the Thor Challenger are a few of our favorite features in the new coach. Pricing and selection at Motor Home Specialist are the best. We really enjoy the floor plan and outside kitchen of our new Challenger. Ted was efficient and effective in his sales process. He was very pleasant to work with. You had the model we wanted at a great price! We chose the Challenger for many reasons, and mostly liked its king bed / floor plan / liftable bunks and cabinet coloring. Appreciate the airport pick-up and having everything ready to go. Easy and Arturo were both awesome! 5 stars to this business.
We were very impressed with the RVs at Motor Home Specialist. They have a great selection, patient salesman, organized facility, and pay attention to detail. Their pricing is by far the best in the country. We ended up getting the Thor Challenger from Brian who put us at ease. What we liked most about the Challenger was that it was more compartmental than the others we had seen. Also, Bryce was very good at the final walk through. To our surprise, financing was a very comfortable experience. The service received from MHS was impressive. Motor Home Specialist is a very clean, comfortable environment. We love how well maintained the grounds and offices were. Also, we appreciate the professionalism seen everywhere - from the parking of the RVs to the organized office. 5 stars, all around.
You guys have a wonderful website with great descriptions and info on the motor homes which helped in making the decision to buy from Motor Home Specialist even easier. Justin was our sales man and made the experience pretty painless and was very good. Bryson did the final walk through and was excellent and very knowledgeable. Absolutely be a referral of Motor Home Specialist. You guys offer very good pricing, great return calls, and overall good deals. Ended up getting the Thor Challenger for so many reasons, but mostly liked the craftsmanship of the RV, the floor plan, the paint scheme, and overall "fit and finish" of the RV.
We purchased from MHS because of the quality of the Thor coach and wonderful staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable and we were impressed by the whole operation. MHSRV had the best competitive prices for the quality of the coach. The floor space and quality of workmanship on the Thor Challenger is great. I must give two thumbs up to Billy Fussell, Brandy Santisteven, Arturo Rodriguez and Theo Stevens. Every person we encountered were very nice. Overall, the quality of service was exceptional and I will most definitely recommend MHS to friends and family going forward.
MHS has the best selection and price, which is why we decided to buy with them. It was definitely the lowest price I found. The craftsmanship of the Thor Chateau is our favorite feature. Calvin was our salesman and made things very easy for us. At the end, we did a final walk through of the RV and found that Lee was very thorough. We found MHSRV during an internet search when looking for the Challenger 37KT. Great website! Our favorite features of the Challenger are the opposing LR slides, king bed, and double awning. Mitch B. and Stephen did an excellent job selling and showing us the coach. Totally easy process! We did an internet inquiry and received a prompt response. Call from sales (Mitch) to follow up and was just plain easy to talk to! The walk through was very thorough and clean!
