You order them well-equipped, MHS. Our favorite features of the Georgetown are the 2nd AC, the smaller size (length), 3 TVs, and high quality interior. Buck is excellent. He is honest, educated, and guided us through the process well. The closing experience was also excellent and efficient. In addition, our walk through experience with Justin Leonard was excellent.
