As you were one of the closest Motor Home Dealerships to our home we started shopping with you first. Jim Campana was very through in explaining everything we needed to know as we were a first time buyers. For the next month we shopped all over the Internet and visited almost all of the Motor Home Dealers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We returned about once per week to MHSRV to visit again with Jimmy with more questions. Jimmy was very patient explaining things over and over again and answering new questions. As we became more knowledgeable about what we wanted Jimmy upgraded us from a Class C Motor Home to a Class A Motor Home. This turned out to be excellent advice and we purchased exactly what we needed. As Jimmy pointed out on our first meeting, the Sales Price on the Window at MHSRV could not be beat anywhere! I know we spent a month trying. We were given Driving Lessons and complete instructions on the care of our Motor Home which was repeated until were satisfied. We stayed overnight at your facility to become better acquainted with the care and maintenance of our Motor Home. It is obvious that "Excellent Customer Service" is the culture of your organization. Just as Jimmy said, the commitment for excellent service continued throughout the sales and delivery process.
