Dear Mr O'Banion. I am a little late sending this email due to the holidays, but I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our experience buying the Coachmen RV from your dealership. I must say we were apprehensive about buying a high ticket item sight unseen off the internet and the fact we would drive back hundreds of miles. But everyone there was so nice made us feel comfortable from the airport pick up (Charlie), salesman (Jimmy), walk through and closing. Not only was there no unpleasant surprises there were so many unexpected pleasant surprises! You have a first class operation. We are looking forward to our first trip this spring.
